Nu Skin Named "Best Company To Work For" by Utah Business
For Fourth Consecutive Year
Nu Skin Korea and China also Recognized as Best Companies to Work For

Nu Skin was honored as a "Best Company to Work For" by Utah Business Magazine in the large-scale company category for the fourth consecutive year in a row. The magazine surveyed the state's top public and private companies in an effort to distinguish those that recognize there is more to a job than just money. A company representative outlined benefits and company policies, and employees from each company were surveyed to determine if the company truly provided employee satisfaction.

When surveyed, the majority of Nu Skin employees overwhelmingly stated that it was Nu Skin's generosity and corporate culture that makes them feel like they are a part of a "Nu Skin family". Employees also mentioned exceptional health benefits, retirement plans, innovative corporate events, employee recognition programs, and the Company's "Force for Good" culture as major components of their job satisfaction.

Nu Skin believes its "Force for Good" corporate culture sets it apart from other companies. As part of Nu Skin's mission to improve lives, Nu Skin employees multiply their efforts by combining their donations to make a difference around the world by participating in the company's Nourish the Children initiative, the non-profit Nu Skin Force for Good Foundation, and local outreach efforts.

This award comes on the heels of Nu Skin being recognized as a best company to work for in China and South Korea. Nu Skin Korea earned the ''2011 Korea 100 Best Companies to Work" Award. The award was sponsored by Korea's Fortune magazine and Nu Skin Korea took the grand prize in the Sales and Distribution industry.  Additionally, Nu Skin China was recently honored as a "2011 Best Company to Work For in China by Fortune China and Towers Watson Consulting. Out of more than 200 companies, Nu Skin was among 10 foreign and 10 local companies to be named to the list.
