Form and photo to Service Counter 3 at Nu Skin Plaza, Nu Skin Mongkok
Distribution Center or Macau Distribution Center
Evaluation Standard: The testimonial group will be selected after
evaluation by the company management based on the difference of the
real age and the similarity of appearance between each group

Each selected testimonial group can get
2 sets of ageLOC Transformation Set (valued at HK$5,000) and a
professional photo-shooting service for FREE. Other finalists will be
